“The anti-aircraft (of the county) is equipped with the cutting-edge technology, because if is not so, there will be problems in the process of observation, surveillance, control, interception and use of weapons.”
“If we are equipped with the cutting-edge technology, we will fail to discover, identify and destroy targets in the right time,” he said.
