Iran's trade with EAEU totals US$2.7 bln in 9 months
Iran's foreign trade with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) members totaled US$2.7 billion during the first 9 months of Iranian calendar year (March 20- December 20), said Head of Iran’s Customs Farhoud Asgari.
TABNAK, Jan 11: Iran's exports to Eurasian countries reached US$1.494 billion during the 9 months, he said.
The figure shows nearly 21 percent rise compared to the same period last year. Iran’s key exports destinations included Russia, Armenia, and Kazakhstan.
He further said Iran imported US$1.209 billion goods from the Eurasia, showing nearly 20 percent decline compared to the same period last year. Russia has been key exporter to Iran during the period.
