“We welcome Americans’ investment in Afghanistan. We want to have positive relations with them based on our national interests and Islamic values,” he added.
Head of Taliban's political office in Qatar further reiterated that imposing pressures on Afghanistan has never borne fruit, and this issue has been clear to all nations.
