TABNAK, Oct, 07: Air travel has returned to normal following temporary suspensions at some airports, he said.
The aviation official emphasized that services have resumed in alignment with the existing flight timetable.
Earlier on October 3, Iran had resumed its flights, ending the suspension that was enforced following the country's retaliatory missile strike on Israel.
Yazarloo has announced last Thursday that the restrictions on both domestic and international flights were lifted from 05:00 a.m. Thursday (0130 GMT).
“After ensuring favorable and safe flight conditions and ending of the restrictions, airlines are now permitted to resume their scheduled flights,” he said.
He also noted that the airlines will refund passengers for canceled flights.
Nationwide restrictions and flight cancellations were implemented for all flights across the country last Tuesday to enhance safety and in the wake of the missile strike targeting Israel.
Aviation authorities in the region also announced flight cancellations after Iran’s missile attack against Israel and many airlines adjusted their flight routes during the past few days.
