TABNAK, Nov, 09 : Speaking in an international conference named "Nasrallah School" held in Tehran on Saturday to commemorate the late Hezbollah Leader, Araqchi said, “Martyr Nasrallah showed with his unique approach how to stand against threats. Resistance is the only way to do so.”
He added: "The Zionist regime has not only endangered the stability of the region by continuing its aggressive policy, but has also created a serious challenge for the international system."
“The United Nations and other organizations should fulfill their obligations in maintaining peace through adopting impartial approaches. Ignoring the crimes of the Zionist regime weakens the international military foundations.”
He further said Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah was able to make fundamental changes in regional equations.
The assassination of Nasrallah, which took place on September 27 in the southern Beirut suburb of Dahiyeh, was seen as part of Israel's escalating campaign of terror and aggression in Lebanon. Tensions have been running high between Hezbollah and Israel, especially since the onset of Israel's offensive against the Gaza Strip earlier September. In the past year alone, Israeli strikes have resulted in the deaths of at least 2.000 Lebanese and injured over 10.000.
In response to Nasrallah’s assassination, Hezbollah vowed to continue its fight against the Israeli regime, pledging support for Gaza and Palestine, as well as defending Lebanon and its resilient population. This pledge reflects Hezbollah’s commitment to resist what they view as ongoing oppression and aggression from Israel.
