The Ministry of Transport and Communications, the General Civil Aviation Authority and Qatar Postal Services Company (Q-Post) have handed over to the international organisations their legal files on the violations, damages and the blockade imposed on the State of Qatar by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain.
In a statement to QNA, the Transport Ministry expressed confidence in the international organisations that are working to implement their conventions and laws, stressing that there is a flagrant violation of all international conventions and norms of all civil aviation as well as of maritime norms, freedom of movement and the related international and regional agreements deposited with international organisations.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications has initiated contacts with the General-Secretariat of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) to discuss the escalatory violations of the blockade which could cause damage to maritime safety. The organisation has formed a working group to examine these violations.
